Refund policy

According to the law, you have a right to return for 14 days when you shop online. This right to return applies from the day you receive the item. For the return to be valid, all labels and packaging must be intact, and without smell or marks. If we receive an item that clearly shows signs of having been used, this will not qualify for a refund. We reserve the right that colors of the product may differ in pictures.

A fixed shipping cost of 600,- will not be refunded. If you want to exchange or return an item, you must bear this cost. If the package is not picked up within the deadline at the post office a fee of 800 NOK will be deducted from the purchase sum.

Remember to check import duties and tax rules in your country in advance.

Norwegian VAT are deducted in check out. If you select your shipping country in check out and return to product pages all prices shown will have norwegian VAT deducted.  

How to return:

1. Include the return form and proforma invoice along with the item you want to return.

2. Pack the item securely so it is well protected. We recommend sending with tracking.

4. The money will be refunded when we have received the item.


How to exchange an item:

1. If you want to exchange for another item or size, you must return the product as described above. You must bear the return cost yourself.

2. Place a new order for the desired item.
