Shipment

If you have received a shipment confirmation, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

You will receive an order confirmation when you place an order. We process all orders continuously and you will receive a shipment confirmation when the item is shipped from our store.

If it applies to Click & Collect, you will receive a separate e-mail when the item is ready for collection.

We have two physical stores at different locations. If the item is at our other store, it must be transferred before it can be sent. Please allow the order processing time to be up to 2 days.

In sales and promotional sales periods, slightly longer delivery times may occur.

We have no way of tracking lost packages beyond standard tracking. On the other hand, we understand the frustration of lost packages and want to help you as best as possible.

We can contact our distributor and start a case, where we track your package. In such cases, we start cases with our distributor, and work closely with them to find where your package is.

Return/right of cancellation

Return label is not included. We do not have free return.

If you for any reason would like to return your product, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. The item must be in the same condition it was when received, including all labels and original packaging. 

Pack the item securely so it is well protected. We recommend sending with tracking.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

According to the law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item. For the return to be valid, all labels and packaging must be intact, and without odors or marks. If we receive an item that clearly shows signs of having been used, this will not qualify for a refund. We reserve the right that product colors may differ from images.

Shipping costs of NOK 300 (world wide shipping) will not be refunded.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, you are responsible for this cost.

How to return:

1. Attach return form and proforma invoice with the item you wish to return.

2. Pack the item securely so it is well protected. We recommend sending with tracking.

3. Send the package to: Th.Dale AS, Parkgata 8, 6003 Ålesund

4. The money will be refunded when we have received the item.

We kindly remind you that you as a customer are responsible to check import duties and tax rules in your country before ordering from our webshop.

If the package is not collected from the post office within the deadline, the return cost will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you wish to exchange for another item or size, return the item to the nearest post office.

Place a new order for the desired item. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price.

Earrings, underwear, tights etc. cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

Payment

The online store is in Norway, and all goods are sent out from our physical store.

You can pay with Klarna, Paypal and Vipps if you order from Norway.

For foreign trade, you can pay with Paypal.

In our online shop, Norwegian VAT is deducted at checkout when the item is sent to other countries.

Please note that your order will be subject to customs and VAT in the country you order from, as soon as the item arrives at the chosen destination.

Complaint

Contact web@dalegruppen.no as soon as possible for inquiries regarding the wrong product.

If there is damage to the product, you must contact us on the same day that you receive the product.

Send picture, detailed explanation, order number and name.

If you want to advertise an item, you can simply send an email to web@dalegruppen.no , and inform about the defect in the item with as much information as possible. Attach a picture of the product where the defect is clearly shown.

The complaint will be sent to the supplier and we will inform you whether the complaint has been approved or not as soon as we receive a reply from the supplier.

If you have received a package that shows signs of damage, please take a photo of the package.

Contact web@dalegruppen.no with as much information as possible, so that we can pass this on to our distributor.

Click & Get

With a "Click & collect" order, you will first receive an order confirmation. When the item is ready for collection, you will receive an email that the item is ready at the selected store.

All Click & Get orders are taken continuously throughout the day. It can take up to 24 hours before you receive a collection message.

Many email providers use spam filters that block certain emails. If you have not received a collection letter, the e-mail may have ended up in spam or the wastebasket.

  • We reserve the right that goods may be sold out.
  • Our stock is updated electronically. We reserve the right for errors in stock, especially during sales and promotional periods.
  • You have to expect slightly longer delivery times during sales and promotional periods.
  • Colors may differ from the picture
  • We reserve the right for typing errors.
  • Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of NOK 250.
