SHIPPING AND VAT

You do not pay Norwegian VAT in our webshop when shipping world wide. Norwegian VAT will be deducted from the purchase price at checkout when you enter your shipping adresse.

Your custom will add your country's VAT when you receive your order. We recommend you to check import duties and tax rules in your country in advance.

If you select your shipping country in check out and then return to product pages all prices shown will have norwegian VAT deducted.  

Shipping costs (600 NOK) will not be refunded if you choose to return your order.

HOW TO RETURN:

If you want to exchange or return an item, you have to pay for the postage yourself.
1. Fill out the enclosed return form and add this with the item you want to return.
2. Fill out proforma form and add this with the item you want to return.
3. Wrap the item properly so it is well protected. We recommend tracking.

DELIVERY

We reserve the right to sell out even though it is in stock. This is because we have several stores and a large product relationship. Of course, we will do our utmost to keep this up to date at all times. In times when it is very busy, this may differ slightly. Should we regret to be sold out for an item you order, you will receive an email about this. We disclaim all liability for damage / inconvenience that may arise from the delivery time assigned. Delivery time is 2-5 working days. The goods are shipped according to the order the orders come in. If the delivery time is high, the delivery time can be slightly exceeded.

If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, you must return it unopened. If the package is not picked up, we reserve the right to impose a handling fee of NOK 450.
