Return

According to the law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item. For the return to be valid, all labels and packaging must be intact, and without odors or marks. If we receive an item that clearly shows signs of being used, this will not qualify for a refund. We reserve the right that product colors may differ slightly from the pictures.

The flat shipping cost of 75,- will be refunded. If you wish to exchange or return an item, you are responsible for this cost.

How to return:

1. Please enclose the cancellation form with the item you wish to return or send us an email with your order number and name.

2. Pack the item carefully so that it is well protected. We recommend sending with tracking.

3. Return label is not included. Send the package to: Th.Dale AS, Parkgata 8, 6003 Ålesund

4. The money will be refunded once we have received the item.
